About The Initiative

Silent Voices Initiative, in cooperation with Al-Basheer Hospital, is organizing a two-day virtual conference under the title "Amman Hope Forum", which will be held on Friday Feb. 5th, and Saturday Feb. 6th, 2021. The conference celebrates World Cancer Day and sheds light on updates on cancer care and governance in Jordan.

Multidisciplinary faculties and oncology experts from all healthcare sectors in Jordan will speak in the event, which aims to create a national oncology network, focusing on developing strategies for supporting and strengthening cancer care in Al-Basheer hospital, which stands as an icon for advanced healthcare delivery.

The event is the fifth in a series annual medical conferences organized by Silent Voices. More medical events are scheduled for 2021. A different theme is selected for each conference to respond to emerging global health developments and to cater to the needs of the health sector, the kingdom and the region at large.
